It includes the Rainbow Springs State Park and the Silver Springs State Park which boasts beautiful crystal clear water, nature trails, hiking, and camping. This growing city also doesn’t lack in things to do. There are local breweries, wineries, museums, and theatres sprinkled around downtown. During the day this community is also near horseback riding, zip lining, dog parks, kayaking, a petting zoo, and many other activities to do with friends and family.

Since Marion County is so centrally located, you can take an hour and a half drive and get anywhere you’d ever want to go. You can easily visit the Gulf of Mexico, Daytona Beach, Disney World, or Universal Studios. If you wanted to catch the game, you could visit the University of Florida Gators in Gainesville. Also, get to know the University of South Florida Bulls in Tampa or the University of West Florida Knights in Orlando.
