All homes are built with an on-site superintendent to assure our quality construction including a 4-inch thick steel reinforced concrete slab, engineered roof trusses, and framing hardware and termite protection with a renewable bond. Another important point is 2"x4" interior and exterior framing with 16" on center. The kitchens offer Frigidaire stainless steel appliances including a smooth top range, multi-cycle dishwasher, and microwave. We provide continuous food disposals and ice maker hookups. The cabinets are designer 36" staggered with pulls and crown molding. Our plumbing fixtures are Price Pfister with a built-in sprayer and the kitchen sink is heavy gauge stainless steel.

Our homes are energy efficient with R-13 wall insulation, R-38 blown ceiling insulation, perforated soffits, and vents for attic ventilation. Every home has a high-efficiency 14-seer HVAC unit and a digital thermostat. The water heaters are 50-gallon quick recovery and the double pane windows are high-performance low E with tilt sash.

A short ride will put you on the white sands of the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. Mobile and Pensacola are only 45 minutes in each direction for work or for fun.
