The Adams Homes Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 6/8/2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 6/16/2024 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Adams Homes, 100 W Garden St, Pensacola FL 32504 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is opened to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia); age 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (e.g., parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules, as well as by applicable state law and United States federal law. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Entry Method #1 (“Survey/Online Entry”): Follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the survey/online entry so it is received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entry Method #2 (“Mail Entry”): To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the survey, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Adams Homes Marketing, 100 W Garden St, Pensacola, FL 32504 with your name, address and telephone number with the words “Adams Homes Survey Sweepstakes Entry”. To qualify for the Drawing, your mail entry must be received by Sponsor between the first day and the last day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Regardless of entry method, limit: one (1) entry per person.
No mechanical reproductions permitted. Lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries are not eligible and are void. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Online entrants subject to all notices posted at www.adamshomes.com including but not limited to its privacy policy. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Yeti Loadout Bucket (1) Bucket Lid (1) Bucket Caddy and (1) Bucket Utility Belt. Items may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Items will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No prize substitutions are permitted.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing (“Prize Drawing”) from all eligible entries received. The Prize Drawing will be conducted during business hours at the office of Sponsor. The Prize Drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period. The Prize winner will be notified via email and/or US mail (“Prize Notification”). The prize winner shall have 7 days from Sponsor’s mailing or emailing of the prize notification to respond to the Sponsor as directed in the Prize Notification. It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to notify Sponsor of any change in contact information. If the Prize winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Prize winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from all non-winning eligible entries. At Sponsor’s discretion, if after three (3) winner notification attempts a winner is not confirmed, the prize will not be awarded. All fees, federal, state, local, sales and income taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for advertising and publicity including online posting without additional compensation.
LIABILITY RELEASE: Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability whatsoever arising out of or resulting from their entry or participation in the Sweepstakes or survey; and the possession, acceptance, or use of the Prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or survey or use or redemption of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize.
GENERAL: In the event multiple online or mail entries are received by one person and/or one mail address during the Entry Period, only the first entry will be accepted. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw or cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Any information the Sponsor collects from the survey may be stored and processed on a server located in the 50 United States. Entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes implies authorization to collect, process and use the data provided and to transfer such data to a country located outside of the United States for purposes of management of the Sweepstakes and future offers for any participant that has opted-in to receive such offers (if applicable).
