Frequently Asked Questions
There are a few different ways you can familiarize yourselves with our currently available homes:
The easiest way, whether you want to build or buy and guarantees the most up-to-date information is to schedule an appointment to see one of our agents to see everything a specific area has to offer.
You can also visit the community page to locate our New Home Sales Associate’s contact information, or fill out our Contact Us form and our Online Community Specialist will reach out to you.
If you’re looking for a move-in-ready home in a particular community of ours, you can go into the community page on our website and then click the Available Homes button to look at current inventory homes.
If you want to build your home, and are interested in looking at floorplans before scheduling an appointment to view the community, you can find a list of our available floorplans for each community on their respective community pages.
Unfortunately, this one can be a little tricky to answer at times. Home prices are determined by a number of changing components, including materials, labor, market conditions, and costs associated with the specific home location. If you’re building a home with us, our pricing is going to already include what many other builders consider upgrades at no additional cost to you. Depending on the community and location, other select upgrades may be available that will allow you to make decisions of your own and customize your home to suit your individual preferences. With each choice you make the price of your overall home is subject to change.
Whether you want to build or buy an Express Move-In home, scheduling an appointment to meet with our Sales Associate guarantees the most up-to-date pricing information. You can do this by visiting any of our community pages, or chatting with a live person in the on-screen chat.
Typically, your home will take around five to seven months to be built. Very rarely though we may come across obstacles that may extend this timeline. For instance:
Recent global events have had a significant impact on new home construction. Labor and material shortages have increased construction times in many areas.
Permitting by local municipalities is unique to each of the areas we serve. During the permitting process, we are unable to begin construction, meaning the lot will not change for up to two-three months.
Mother Nature can sometimes interfere with our building time as well. Most of the areas we build are prone to severe storms and at times… hurricanes. Even if an area isn’t directly affected, a major storm could bring damages to any of our regional suppliers, which could delay overall production.
For an estimate of construction times in a particular community, or on a home you are building with us, please reach out to the Community Sales Associate.
This is the easy part! There are numerous ways to jump-start your process.
From our website, fill out any of the “Contact Us” forms or interact with the on-screen chat. It’s manned by a live person during business hours, and after-hours requests are followed up with as soon as possible.
Find the phone number for the specific community or Ready Move-In home you’re interested in and give it a call.
Or, if you’re driving by one of our communities, drop by the model and speak to an agent! We recommend scheduling an appointment by either of the first two methods so our agents can give you their undivided attention, however, if you’re feeling a little spontaneous, we gladly accommodate walk-in appointments as well.
