Our goal is to be the preferred builder that our trade partners want to do business with.  We look to accomplish this goal through setting clear expectations, communicating effectively, scheduling our jobs properly, having adequate materials on site, having clean job sites, and responsive job site superintendents.  While no builder is perfect, we hope that our trade partners and vendors feel that we strive to meet this goal and are available to discuss any areas where we may be falling short of our goal.  In exchange, we expect our trade partners and vendors to build our customers’ homes as if they were building their own home and take pride in their work.
