Patty Barber: January agent of the month

Once you have actually spoken with Patty, you know right away she is not a native Floridian. She was born in New Orleans and has the charming Cajun accent to prove it. Patty has been a realtor for seven years, and celebrates five years with the Adams Homes Sales Team.

Patty and her husband have two sons and one grandson. She had them all home for Christmas this year and loved it! Another thing Patty loves is meeting new people, which is the prime factor of her success! She enjoys the one on one time talking with future home owners to place them in their perfect home. When she isn’t selling homes Patty enjoys having friends and family over to watch football and just hang out. You can be sure that the favorite team in the house is the “Saints!”

Meet our Closing Coordinator

Get use to that smile. It’s what you associate with Dianne after the first meeting. As the Closing Coordinator for our Pensacola, Florida office, she takes the Buyer from contract to closing. Dianne coordinates the processing of the file and loan directly with the lenders, appraisers, attorneys, surveyors, production, outside realtors, and sales agents. While her job is juggling production, sales and closings, she enjoys making the Buyer’s dreams become reality. She strives to maintain the best customer service while making those dreams come true.

Outside of Adams Homes, Dianne is married to her high school sweetheart of 42 years. She has two beautiful daughters and two grandchildren with another on the way. When she isn’t tackling a closing, or enjoying time with her grandchildren, Dianne keeps busy as an Owner of Absolute Tan & Salon in Milton since 2004.
