REALTOR SPOTLIGHT
Adams Homes Loves Realtors!
This month Adams Homes is shining our spotlight on Realtor Amy Scheerer with Main Street Properties.
Although Amy may be considered a newer agent, being licensed for just over a year, she certainly is making her mark. She has earned her place among the best by achieving a sales volume of $4 million in her first year. That is quite an accomplishment! Such an accomplishment, in fact, that her brokerage named her "Rookie of the Year" for 2014.
Amy comes to real estate by way of …well, real estate. She has owned investment properties for the last 16 years. After all those years of being a landlord and working at a 9-5 job, she decided it was finally time to make the switch. Having her daughter in college and her son in high school, afforded her the flexibility to pursue her passion and get her real estate license. I would say she made the right move!
Her work with her own investments and helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams, has blossomed into a real gift for working with high end single family homes and condos. As a native Floridian, I might call her a local area expert!
Outside of work, Amy leads the quintessential Florida lifestyle. Her hobbies include boating, water skiing, volley ball and simply being at the beach. Basically, if there's water, there's Amy! Mom to two beautiful children, days spent on the water and leading an active life…Amy's got it all!
I asked her why she liked to sell Adams Homes and she said: "I tell my buyers that, as a Realtor, I have access to all the homes for sale. I chose an Adams home for myself because of quality and value. Yes, that's right; Amy and her family live in an Adams home. That's the ultimate compliment!
Thank you, Amy! Adams considers YOU a valuable part of the team!
