REALTOR SPOTLIGHT

Adams Homes Loves Realtors!

This month, the Adams Spotlight focuses on a rising star.  Just beginning his second year in real estate, Wolfgang Hucklenbroich is making his mark. He began his real estate career a year ago with Keller Williams Gulf Coast Realty.  He’s worked through Keller Williams’ famous Ignite program for new agents and has emerged as a well trained, confident agent.  In his first year, he’s had over $800,000 in sales volume.  Great Job, Wolfgang!

I asked him to describe his first year in the business.  He said that real estate offers a great deal of flexibility and the freedom of independence.  But with this freedom comes responsibility.  Real estate is a lot of work and it takes persistence, a “never give up” attitude and a willingness to learn.  He certainly has all of these qualities.

Outside of real estate, Wolfgang has a fascinating story.  His background is in the field of Psychology.  He was, in fact, a practicing Psychologist in his homeland, Germany, until he moved to Hawaii in 1999.  In Hawaii, he continued his work in the mental health field, his area of interest being Adult Autism.  In talking with him, it is obvious that he has a true passion for working with people.

As a young man living in Germany, Wolfgang met and became sweethearts with a wonderful young lady.  As life would have it, they were separated and lost contact.  Wolfgang never forgot her, though.  And after 33 years of separation, he looked for her…and found her.   She was living in Hawaii.  He moved there to be with her, got married and begin their life together.  (Remember that “never give up” attitude?)

In 2011 the Hucklenbroich’s moved to Pensacola to be close to her family.   This is where his interest in real estate piqued and he began that journey.

Wolfgang, you are an amazing Realtor® and Adams Homes considers you a valuable part of our team!
