Jacksonville Parade of Homes 2019

Adams Homes Received Two Awards from the Jacksonville Parade of Homes

In June of 2019, for the second year in a row, Adams Homes was the proud recipient of the Silver Award for our Taylorfield model and the Gold Award from our Villages of Westport model from the Jacksonville Parade of Homes.

Competing against other local homebuilders, Adams Homes stood out with our all-brick 2265 floorplan. This model is four bedrooms, three bathrooms and has the option for a two or three car garage. When you walk into the model, you are greeted by a beautiful open foyer, formal dining room, formal living room, family room, and the breakfast nook. The 2265 is a split floorplan with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the home and has a gorgeous oversized bathroom with two walk-in closets, a garden tub, and a stand-alone shower. The backyard has a shady covered lanai that is perfect for sitting and having a nice steamy cup of coffee on in the morning before you start your day.

“We are proud to be recognized by the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association as one of the premier builders in the Jacksonville market,” says Michael Bianchi, General Manager of our Jacksonville division.   “We are excited about our future homebuyers to visit our award-winning designs at our Taylorfield and Villages of Westport locations.”

We have been building in Jacksonville for over 20 years and are honored to be a part of the flourishing community in this area.
