For those homebuyers that already own a homesite and are considering building a house, our Adams Homes “On Your Lot” Program is a perfect choice. We have an array of award-winning new homes floor plans and make it easy to have a house built with all the luxury features you’ve come to expect from Adams Homes.

Our team will evaluate your homesite and the price will include your brand new home plus site preparation costs, permitting fees, impact fees and all utility hook-ups.  Only $1,000 deposit is required plus all closing costs are paid when using an approved lender. (Excludes pre-paid items/escrow contributions)  We can build a house on your lot in approximately 6-8 months.

Prices are based on typical costs of building in an area we offer the program. Additional site costs or additional costs due to building municipality and/or HOA requirements are the buyer’s responsibility.  Onsite lot evaluation will be completed before purchase agreement is executed.
