A: Yes

Q: Do you help with closing costs?
A: Yes, if you use one of our preferred lenders, we will pay for all closing costs. You are only responsible for your prepaid items, and down payment at closing.

Q: Do you build on personal lots?
A: Yes; however this is not a company wide option. Please call the Adams Homes Sales office in the area you are interested in to see if this program is available in your area.

Q: How long has Adams Homes been in business?
A: Since 1991

Q: What warranties are provided?
A: One year builder warranty and 10 year Bonded Builder Warranty.

Q: What is a "0" defect policy?
A: When you move into your home there will be "0" defect items remaining or we do not proceed to closing.
